TERMS OF SERVICE

* Refund and Disputes:We offer only 2 days Moneyback after this All payments to Proxy Hulk are non-refundable. This includes the one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in The Company's sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the TOS and, you agree to pay Proxy Hulkan Administrative Fee of no less than $50.

* Failure to Pay: The Company may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of Subscriber to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges.

* IMPORTANT NOTICE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, anyone client uses our service and cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their service immediately removed from our network.

* Threads: We allow 100 threads for shared proxies.
